1. Canceling or Changing Orders
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are generally able to make changes to orders as long as they have not been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel any order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number with any change or cancellation requests.
2. Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return or a replacement. We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original packaging and have all labels attached. All returns require prior approval. We will refuse to accept delivery for any items returned to us without prior approval. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received 7 days after notifying us of the return or they will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping costs for the replacement items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective, or unless the wrong item was originally received. For exchanges, the same rules as above apply (shipping costs cannot be refunded). Returns may take up to 14 days to process. Once we have received your returned items, we will refund your credit card or issue a refund check for the amount of the refund. If you want an exchange, please contact us first to confirm replacement product availability.
3. Damaged & Defective Items
Mountain Hunt Supplies ships all purchased items in original packaging with original labels in new condition with protective packaging. Our store is nopt responsible for If an item arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible, ship out a completely new item at our expense, or refund the cost of your order. Simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number and email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. If your items were damaged in shipping, please make sure you keep the damaged items in the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is necessary by the shipper.

Please contact the manufacturer to obtain their specific warranty policy. In some cases in the event of mulfanction, the manufacturer will fix the product at their expense. Some manufacturers, if they cannot fix the product, will replace it at their expense if the defect or damage was due to fault in workmanship or defective materials.
